Welcome to Holiday Shores Park. Nestled on the shores of beautiful Lake Seminole in the heart of Pinellas County, Florida, Holiday Shores Park is a community of 311 homes, many with spectacular views of the sparkling waterway.
Originating in the early 1970's as a privately-owned mobile home park, the planned community of residences flourished. Then, in 1980, the residents banded together to form the Holiday Shores Park Corporation in order to purchase the property.
